I'm traveling to my hometown this weekend, so staying OP will be a bit harder than usual.
Today I WILL get my workout in before we get on the road (I can already check this off my list because I just got back from doing 70 minutes of cardio at the gym).
I WILL stay under 1400 calories.
I WILL NOT use time with family as an excuse to eat anything and everything offered.
I got my period this morning and I will NOT use it as an excuse to inhale chocolate or ice cream.
