  • Today I will figure out more meals and exercise for 30 minutes.
    Today I will not feel bad about my weight and only focus and being happy and motivated.
  • Today I WILL go to the gym.

    Today I will NOT over-eat at dinner.
  • Yesterday I capped it at one Joe-Joe but I had a few pieces of candy at the bar. Still went to the gym and stuff though!

    Today I am going to a potluck.
    I will not eat until I am in physical pain.

    ~stay away from sugary treats
    ~exercise
    ~log my nutrition

    I won't:
    ~GIVE UP
    ~obsess over food I shouldn't have
    ~ Be hard on myself
    ~ Neglect my desire to be better, healthy and thin

    I will not go to Late Night Grill after lab and eat the free french fries, those sneaky little devils
  • I already went to the gym this morning. And I WILL NOT use this as an excuse to skip Bollywood Dance class tonight.

    I WILL stay within 1200 - 1500 calories today.
    I WILL take my vitamins.
    I WILL drink more water than I want to.
  • I will not eat the last two chocolate truffles at bedtime because "I've been good all day".

    I will not overeat at supper because of grazing while cooking.

    I will put on bouncy music and turn house cleaning into aerobic exercise

    I will get up at 6 and hit the pool for a full hour tomorrow!

    I will use good choices today and tomorrow to come out of Week Six with a strong finish.

    Today I Will Not start to eat certain foods that I KNOW will trigger me to lose control of my eating for today!!!

    I know of too many healthy choices that are really good and always at hand that i can eat.. will just force myself to not get started with what I know will cause that Eating any and everything in site Demon to come out!

    Nothing taste as good as feeling thin feels...
  • I'm traveling to my hometown this weekend, so staying OP will be a bit harder than usual.

    Today I WILL get my workout in before we get on the road (I can already check this off my list because I just got back from doing 70 minutes of cardio at the gym).

    I WILL stay under 1400 calories.

    I WILL NOT use time with family as an excuse to eat anything and everything offered.

    I got my period this morning and I will NOT use it as an excuse to inhale chocolate or ice cream.

    OK it hurt a liiiiiiiiittle but was less than 2 lbs scale increase overnight. So I can live with that.

    Today I will go to the gym.
    I will be the designated driver again tonight.
    I will not eat mediocre food just because it's there.
