Oooh December is not a good month for me, all the christmas goodies for a sweet tooth, my dad's christmas dinner, the rum truffles I just can't help making EVERY year, mum's mince pies and nana's shortbread if i'm lucky. Plus with all the extra hours i'm getting at work i don't have time to get to get to the gym.

I lost a lb Not sure how, very little exercise, bad week, not completely on plan, two days didnt even walk to school and wasn't feeling well and TOM. So veyr happy

Daughter's coping ok with arm in cast - we will know in 2 days if it's broken.

Hope the little one had a lovely birthday Starbuck. They're so lovely at that age.

I lost 4.5lbs this week which I'm really pleased about - not quite sure how, because it hasn't been the best week, but I have tried hard to drink more water which I'm sure has helped. After this week I'm feeling a little more hopeful that there's a chance I could make my 10% goal before Christmas, so can I change my goal to 252 please beescwee?

I'm the same touchmytoes - I haven't changed at all. Have obviously been too complacent... When do I post the new weights by the way? Shall I do it today or wait for more people to post? (Sorry for not knowing what I'm doing!)

I think everyones weigh ins are different, but we have been going Sun to Sun for the last few, which seems to have worked ok.
As you are kindly doing the compilations Beescwee, why don't you choose a day, and then you can edit as extra posts come in!

OKAY.. my xmas party was a sucess but the days that followed was a disaster.. A friend of mine moved away to live in texas and i got my TOM this week.. lets just say it was crazy. i know excusez excusez lol but it seems these past few dayz im my own worst enemy.. if i want something my mind says no but my body just laughs and reaches for my sinfully good calorie loaded sweet..ive noticed a pattern every time i go off my diet it usually takes me 3 days to get back on ..lol yup everything happends in 3z right?..i love mondayz it represents fresh starts ... i know ill wanna shoot myslf 2mo when i see the scale number but i'll be honest its my own fault.. okay that completes my confession i feel so much better. heres to a hard core week of exercise and eating right....im gonna post my weight 2mo my body needs the extra day even though i dont think it will help..
