all this visiting and eating and singing and such carryings-on!!! makes me tingle all over. aren't friends and family fabulous, even though sometimes you want to strangle them ALL????

just finished breakfast: tuna salad with pickle relish. how does that sound to you, pooky??? if i hadn't been up for 3 hours or so before eating it, i'd probably have been grossed out. but now, after two loads of laundry, Mass, and a 30-gram chocolate protein shake with extra cocoa and sugar free fat free chocolate pudding mix, tuna with pickles sounds about right!!!

and now, off to do the groceries [without mom!!!] and maybe visit her minister, who's finally out of the hospital and into a nursing home. in fact, the same one that was part of my unfortunate incarceration...

Look at my new sig line... I'm down 30 pounds from February 1,st when I had my right knee surgery. My doctor is going to be so proud. He wanted me to try to loose some weight before he does the left knee. The surgery date is July 26th, so If I can loose just a few more pounds before I go in, he should be really happy. (of course, most of my weight is NOT in my knee!!!)
