My theatre classes are very time consuming, and the department has just started working on a showcase of 30 separate 40-minute plays. So I've got meetings with my directors as well as scene partner for my Acting class
Plus I'm involved in a couple organizations ^.^
it is pretty full, but definitely manageable ^.^ The running intervals are just a personal thing for myself to measure my length of running and such ^.^ And thank you, again 
I am not getting on the scale again for a few weeks this is too discouraging.
I like that the bodystrike workouts focus a lot on strength and control. It's helped my form and posture a lot.


So I'm getting some progress =D Today's workout was 25 minutes of walking at 5m/h on the treadmill and strength. My energy was lower today and I'm excited to not have classes for a week xD
