I am continuing to exercise through my re-boot. I exercised through out my entire journey, so I am not going to stop now. I hope I can stick with the reboot for a couple of weeks. I am also thinking that the losses will be slower and I am not sure I am mentally "up for it".
Now that I am back in my comfort window, I am not too sure how long I will be able to stick to P1 again. Especially because the situation is not dire like it was when I started. Now it is all "vanity" pounds and my determination is just not quite as strong. I am going to just play it by ear, I think. Could just be that I am on day 2 and am going through my detox

I certainly miss my breakfast...
