    I did SO MUCH exercise today! !
    I did :
    ~ 40 stair walks.
    ~ 100 jumping jacks.
    ~ 40 minutes of intense strength training.
    ~ walked the dog for 30 minutes.
    Wow I am feeling so proud of myself I never have much motivation to exercise but I weighted myself today and lost very little.. went from 134 to 133.8 For some reason that very little 2 ounce loss got me in a good mood xx

  • Today's Plan:
    Breakfast: 1 cup of Rice and Wheat Cereal w/ strawberries and 1/4 cup skim milk = 130 calories
    Snack: 1 apple = 100 calories
    Lunch = Turkey Sandwich = 200 calories
    Dinner: No idea, going to a Maverick's game, and I budgeted for a "free" dinner.

    Exercise: Went to a Zumba Class. BUT had to stop for some moves because of my knee.

    Today's Weight: 144.0 pounds

    Breakfast: 1 cup of my typical cereal with 1/4 cup of skim milk = 130 calories + 2 twizzlers = 205 calories
    Lunch: ?
    Snack: Cinnamon Graham cracker = 75 calories
    Dinner 2 stacked enchiladas + cheese + onions + tomatoes + tomato sauce =400 calories
    Dessert: Strawberries (1 cup) = 100 calories

    Exercise: Going to try to run a 5k in under 28 minutes should be around 360 calories + 20 minutes on eliptical = 560 calories

    Total: 1005 calories

    Weight: 146.2 should be back down to 144 in two days or so....

    Did 40 stair walks, 20 minute walking the dog, did a lot of lunges, crunches.. basic strength training.

    Thats a great idea. Listen to your body. Thats the right direction to go! You really are doing so well and really have come so far which is inspiring!
