Fiber~ 37
Fiber is a little low, but seeing as I'm still not feeling back to normal; I'll take it! My cals may end up a smidge higher too (the dark chocolate in the pantry is calling to me. lol.)

To answer your fiber question, I eat a lot of fruits and veggies (I should probably eat less fruit and more veggies, but hey at least I'm eating them.) I also (almost) never eat refined carbs. Whole grains have more fiber than the "white" stuff. But I think the three things that put me over on really high fiber days are my cereal (Uncle Sam~10g per serving), La Tortilla Factory tortillas (8g per small one), and berries. Did you know that 1/2 cup of raspberries have almost 9 grams of fiber and only 61 calories? I use the frozen kind. I measure them out at night and have them in the morning on my cereal. Oh, and dark chocolate has fiber in it too! I think this is how I justify eating it.
My calories are usually closer to 1500 than 1400 though. I had thought of lowering my calories, but the weight is still coming off, so no changes to that yet.Oh, and I only think you should only eat cabbage soup IF you like cabbage soup!

cjc~ It sounds like you are doing really well! I can't imagine having three children (let alone twins + toddler) and still have the energy to put on makeup. What an inspiration you are going to be for your girls when they are older!

Welcome!!! LOL- cabbage soup diet- tried that one a couple of times- made it to what was it? banana day, potato day- then lost my mind, followed by the contents of my stomach!
Is TOPPS a Curves thing? I remember my mom was doing one of the Curves activities.....something about Survivor contest?....anyhow, everyone got a Barbie doll put on a mock *island* for competition....she was so bummed when her "Barbie got voted off!" LOL I found it hilarious at the time!
This was me this morning because I can finally move my ticker and I am going to move my ticker. I can almost move it two slots but I will have to wait. WHOOHOOO! It does make me want to be careful this weekend because I don't want to see 186 for a long time. I have been stuck forever it feels like. I just looked and it actually has been two weeks since I have lost anything. GRRRR! Oh well not much I can do about it. I think I was on a plateau and it took kicking it up a knotch to get off of it. I restarted my sculpting and I am actually doing a slow jog part of my morning walk. I haven't changed my calorie count or anything else.
