    Breakfast: 140 Calories Greek Strawberry Yogurt
    Lunch: 950 calories (est.) Split Applebee's Queso Blanco with brother.
    Dinner - 80 calories White Albacore + 20 calories sweet relish
    Total: 1190 calories

    Exercise: 280 calories Run 2 miles and walk 1 mile.


    Tomorrow:
    Breakfast: 140 Greek Blueberry Yogurt
    Lunch: 160 White Albacore + 40 Sweet Relish
    Snack: 75 (1) Honey Maid Cinnamon Graham Cracker
    Dinner: Somewhere between (400-535 calories)
    Dessert: 100 1 cup of Yoplait Raspberry Cheesecake parfait
    Total : 1050 calories

    Exercise: 5.0 miles run on treadmill (around 600 calories)
  • can i jump in ..i mean i know u guys have been doing it for a while.i am trying to have not more than 700-800 calories as i really need to loose by jan and i think accountability might help me a lot. so if its ok with u ppl i wld like to jump in?

  • I finally was able to get back on track again today. The wedding was fun but.. I really didn't feel so good seeing my 1.3 lb gain this morning (I now weigh 134.0) So that definitely motivated me. I also figured out my diet plan I will be doing I am calorie-shifting so higher and lower amounts, my average for the next 30 days will be 1244... but pretty much my intake will be 1000-1600. I am a mega binger so I really am hoping to stop that problem now!

    Today was pretty good:

    Breakfast
    1 cup kashi go lean cereal 240
    1/2 cup nonfat milk 55

    1/2 banana 50

    I did a lot of cardio and walked for about an hour =P
    I just feel so happy that I made it binge-free today! My goal is 21 days to break the habit.. but I'm taking it one day at a time.

    40 calories - 1/2 cup of skim milk
    with cinnamon sprinkled on top

    Snack: 100- 1 small apple

    Lunch: 70 calories- 2 Slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread
    0 calories - Mustard 1 Tbsp.
    45 calories - 1 Tbsp. of Mayo with Olive Oil
    85 calories - Turkey Breast (8 slices)

    Snack: 100 calories- 1 Small apple

    Dinner: 80 calories- 1 cup of skim milk
    220 calories - 2 cups Active Lifestyle Rice and Wheat Cereal with Strawberries

    Dessert: 100 calories- Kroger Fudge Bar

    Total: 1000 calories

    Workout: 15 minutes on eliptical- 150 calories
    15 minutes on treadmill -150 calories
