  • Saturday I did only 30 minutes of Tae Bo. But I worked my *** off all weekend running around like CRAZY! I weighed this morning at 169.4! So something is working I'm about to do my hour of Tae bo right now and then get all cleaned up and enjoy the rest of my day off.

  • hhhmmm I'm here! I tried to get on yesterday but it said the site was down. I can exercise now! I just can't run only walk and elliptical but I'm just so excited to be back in the gym! I have a pretty insane ab and lower back muscle workout my dr gave me that he said was intense enough to basically last me forever and just do what I could of it and as it gets easier add more and more reps.

    Monday:
    45 minutes incline walk on treadmill
    20 minutes ellipitical
    ab workout

    Tuesday:
    ab workout

    Tonight I'm goin to hit the gym again. My back was a little sore yesterday I think my excitmetn to get back in action may have caused me to go a little overboard but I'm ready today! Also.. the gym in my building put a punching bag in! I'm back in business!! I'm going to weigh next wednesday to see what damage this back issue has done to the scale. Becky you may have caught me!! Or I caught you?! We'll see wednesday
  • So I "accidentally" ran 5 miles on the elliptical this morning. I had my iPod blasting (to the annoyance of the woman next to me) and I was just moving and moving - I think a lot faster than I usually do. When i got off it gives you your summary and my distance was like 5.1 miles. I was like WHAAAAT!?!?!?!
  • Kelli- Hey girl Hey! I doubt that you are at where I am girlfriend...i bet you will be pleasantly surprised when you weigh in.

    Stella- 5.1 miles WOW isn't that awesome when you've accomplished way more then you thought you did. Makes you wanna push yourself even harder next time...gotta out do yourself.

    So I did only 30 minutes of Tae Bo yesterday because I ran out of time. I am goign to get a really good hour in today though because I dont have to work. I have a lot of shopping to do today before the boy comes over and we chill out for the evening!

    Becky: I hope I am.. I just didn't want to disappiont myself by weighing myself this week with it being the week before TOM and my muscles being sore and retaining water from not working out in so long. I figured I haven't got on the scale in this long why rush it! i just have to remind myself that even if I do end up taking a few steps back I'm not starting compeltely over and I can do this...!


    I did 45 min on the treadmill incline walk and 20 on the elliptical again. I also did my dr's ab workout last night after my cardio and did it this morning before work. I'm not sure if I'll make it in the gym tonight my friend is leaving for St Louis on Sunday (he got signed on with the Rams!) so we're going to dinner tonight since I'm leaving for Iowa tomorrow. I'm committing to 3-4 nights a week in the gym and at least 5 days of the ab routine a week. I can't say too much since its only week 1 but I feel A LOT better already.

  • Thanks all I'm going to go tomorrow morning - maybe I can do the same thing without noticing. I'm planning on pushing myself extra hard tomorrow b/c I scheduled a massage for after work. SOOOOO excited. My legs/arms/butt are so sore/tired they're going to love it.
  • Hey ya'll Just popping in! I have been so busy at work. I will be back at 12 for personals!!! But in the meantime check out my ticker! I know! 175!!!! I lost 3.8 this week, I was soooo happy! Smooches...luv you girls
  • Ashlan- Damn you girl! Your gonna pass me no problem...and soon. I'm still at 169...grr I just wanna lose 5 more lbs so I can be at 50 lbs lost and officially in a NORMAL weight according to BMI.

    Kelli- I know once I start working out I feel so much better in a short period of time....like I have worked out pretty much everyday for about 2 weeks now and I feel like it just gets easier and easier to do.

  • I hate humidity. I went to the gym this morning and I'm on the elliptical and sweat is just POURING off of me, it was so gross. I wasn't going any faster than usual, I checked several times. I took my hair down after I got home and it was soaking wet. Ugh.

    BEcky - I feel the same way. It just gets easier and I feel so good about. thanks but IDK about passing you girlie you are in the 160's. And I tend to get stucks for a couple weeks sometimes.. In 10 more pounds that would be 50 lost for me too!

    Kelli - I am so glad you have got back to the gym. I know you are happy about that! And a punching bag in your building...heck yea!
  • Did my hour of Tae Bo! Gosh I love working out. I can feel myself getting stronger every day.

    so ladies I am officially a comfortable size 10 in jeans now woohoo!! never thought I would see this day again. Last time I was a 10 was in high school when I weighed 145 lbs....if that makes ANY sense at all!

    I weighed in this morning at 168.6...so we are slowly going down again. YAY for that!

    My birthday is in exactly a week and I LOVE my life right now..getting better and better every day

    I went out this past weekend. I was so Haute! Really liek it was written all over everyone's face....guys and girls. IO am sooooo proud of myself. ANd someone actually said I look skinny the other day. OMG how awesome was that!

    I RUN 5 MILES SATURDAY. WISH ME LUCK!
  • Starting back today! YAY! I would love to do some tae bo i should look into that. My plan is to get my butt up after I spam the interwebs with rambling and walk two miles. YAY
