Hello, another day! And it's Friday, yippee. I had a great workout last night, I ran half the way to the gym, I bought a new sports bra yesterday, it's a level 4 shock absorber and it's great! It doesn't squish either, I love it!!! I've got abs class today then I'm doing cardio tonight, before being taken out for dinner and NOT undoing all my good work!

Any plans for the weekend anyone? I'm visiting a new gym at the weekend to suss it out, and see whether I want to switch to a new one. And we're going to the pictures, I think we're seeing Walk the Line, I love Johnny Cash! And I'm being taken out for sushi, yay fishies!!!!

Thanks People! I t cannot last though. I am on a chocolate binge at the mo. Usually I get this before my period but because I was skint before I am making up for it now I have been paid!

I am going to try to be good the weekend. Loads of salad in the fridge etc.

Been trying for a Morrissey ticket for 40 minutes. They seem to have sold out! I have booked a horrible coach and ticket package that is all I could get. My sister refuses to come with me on the coach so I'll be all alone.

I am sure if you get a ticket you will not regret it. Your sister is the one who will lose out!

Why doesn't your sister want to come on the coach? At least you could sleep on the way home.

It's FRIDAY!

I am very excited today!

Plans for the weekend - we are going overnight on the coach to Utrecht and Haarlem and Amsterdam then back on Saturday night. It should be good fun even if the temperatures are sub-zero! Apparently there is a HUGE shopping centre in Utrecht, so I will be happy!

Had a not-so-clean eating week, which I don't mind. I ate lots but controlled it and never went over 2000kcals and I felt like I had a bit more energy! The scales are still the same (I was just checking to make sure I hadn't put any on!) but I can live with that, since I know I'm getting stronger and better at running and kickboxing, so that's all that really matters... Oh and those size 12s almost fitting, that's good too!

Had a hard but boring kickboxing session last night. The advanced class and the ladies class was the same things, so basically I did the same class twice BUT there was a pair of pink boxing gloves on the windowsill and I was Oooh-ing and Aaaaah-ing over them and the instructor said they were his! I was quite excited since we both wear 16oz gloves, so I asked if I could try them on and he said sure. So I was throwing some punches around and they are mega-gorgeous! They're leather where mine are vinyl and they have extra stiffning and padding in. He said they were £35 and I really wanted them, but I can't justify having two pairs of gloves! So I decided I wouldn't get a pair. Then after class after everyone has gone, he throws me the gloves and says they are a thank you present for doing the website!

I am sooooo over the moon! I wasn't expecting it at all! Especially when we struck a deal to swap my website time for private lesson time. Anyway, so I knew you'd all want to see my pink gloves, since I am so excited about them....
