  • Way to go, CATHY!!!! I thought of getting up at 5:30 and rolled over and went back to sleep. I just am not a morning exerciser. Have a great day.
  • (3) 30 minute sessions of intense spinning (jumps, standing and sitting climbs, and running on the bike)
  • Housework. Running up and down stairs with laundry and putting it away!
  • Aerobics. This morning I did a 30 minute 80's blast off tape. Thanks Richard Simmons (I do all his tapes)!
  • Aerobics. Once again I did my 30 minutes of Richard Simmons!
  • Way to go Buckneram!!! I love Richard's tapes but haven't done them in a while.

    I did however WATP 3 miles this morning.

  • I accomplished my 4 hour workout goal for the week!
    I am so proud of myself!
