Yesterday was a good meal plan day (minus the chocolates that I ate for dinner, lol).
Here is what I had yesterday:

Little Wonderful Treat: 250
Lunch: 1 cup rice (100 cal),
Crock Pot Chicken (250) So yummyyyyyy.
Snack: Peanut Butter (250) and Apple (80)
Dinner:
Grilled Flank Stea with Tomatoes, Onions, and Basil (200)
Corn (100)
Salad (100)
Ranch Dressing (200)
M&Ms (130)
Yesterday's Total : 1890
I still count this as a good day because I am trying hard to eat right and isn't that half the goal anyway??
Today's caloric breakdown:
Breakfast: Kashi (130) milk (100)
snack: orange (70)
lunch: rice (150), crock pot chicken (250)
snack: apple (100), peanut butter (250)
dinner: asian flank steak skewers (200)
grilled veggies (100)
salad (100)
balsamic vinegar (50)
Total calories for the day: 1500 calories!!!
