  • eugh, this weekend was horrid.

    back to IF today - if anyone else does it, how do you manage with the weekend??

    planned lunch at 11:

    chicken and salad: 270
    strawberries: 60
    carrots with humus: 95


    1 girl guide cookie & 1 truffle: 100



    1/2 bagel with .5 tablespoon PB: 130
    chicken burger with cheese: 450
    jello, rice cake: 200

    total for day: 1305
  • Goal = 1300 Calories daily.

    Breaky = 210 Cals
    2 x Coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar in each (forgot my Splenda today argh)
    2 x PC Fat Free Yogurt

    Lunch = 286 Cals
    Chicken Breast from Costco
    Salad with Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion and Raspberry Vinegerette Dressing.

    Snack = 231 Cals
    1/2 hamburger bun with butter and natural peanut butter

    Dinner = 974 Cals
    1 chicken breast
    2 cups pasta

    Total = 1701 Calories - Over by 401 today.

    omg, me too! Why is that? Like we work so freaking hard to get the weight off, the hard work finally pays off and . . . we eat to celebrate all our freaking hard work to get the weight off!

    The scale - which was frozen at 157 for the entire month of March - eeked down to 156 then down to 155 this past Saturday morning. I then proceeded to eat 2,000 cals on Saturday. I managed to reel it back in to 1500 yesterday and am totally OP today, but . . . still.

    1 apple, 1 banana

    Snack = 328 Cals

    Dinner = 411 Cals
    Shrimp Stir Fry with Onion, Bok Choy, Orange Bell Pepper, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce

    Yesterday was a good meal plan day (minus the chocolates that I ate for dinner, lol).

    Here is what I had yesterday:

    Kashi (130), Milk (100)

    Little Wonderful Treat: 250

    Lunch: 1 cup rice (100 cal), Crock Pot Chicken (250) So yummyyyyyy.

    Snack: Peanut Butter (250) and Apple (80)

    Dinner:
    Grilled Flank Stea with Tomatoes, Onions, and Basil (200)

    Corn (100)

    Salad (100)

    Ranch Dressing (200)

    M&Ms (130)

    Yesterday's Total : 1890

    I still count this as a good day because I am trying hard to eat right and isn't that half the goal anyway??

  • Day 2 of sitting on my FAT ar$e!
    I'm have surgery to remove this ingrown toenail tomorrow @ 11am.
    I can't believe this is happening a week before the race--I have NEVER had an ingrown toenail and didn't trim my nail last week.
    I merely cleaned the dirt out from under the nail bed!

    I have pretty much ate everything today

  • K9 --- hope your toenail surgery goes smoothly and that you recover to race on Sat. I've had them before and always dumped lots and lots of peroxide on it several times/day for several days and it usually cleared it up, then I'd cut the ingrown nail part out.

    I forgot to post yesterday. Stayed OP and came in @1400-1500 cals.

    Did a moronically stupid thing last night . . . forgot a big plastic container full of chex mix was sitting in the oven, heated the oven to 425 and 30 seconds before the pre-heat temp was reached I realized it was in there. omG! The smoke, smell and mess . . .all in a two month old oven. Got most of it cleaned/scrapped/scrubbed off - still have to scrub the racks - then either do a self-clean cycle or just heat the oven up for I don't know, an hour? or so ... to make sure everything is gone. Hope inhaling that smoke doesn't do something weird to me. My throat is stingy after exercising and I was coughing as well (I never do that from exercise). But I did do a BodyRocktv workout and it really had me breathing hard. Hopefully what I'm feeling is just from the exercise and possible allergies.

    UGH messed up again, I can't believe I ate so much last night. I don't know why I do this to myself. I wasn't even hungry! Wtf?
