  • bailey.. you need 25 posts before it will give you a ticker url.. if you click on number of replies at the beginning of this thread it will list how many posts you have and how many more to go
  • Jbailey, you have to go to quick links and sig weight tracker and click on it to create one
  • I still don't see the option to "Edit Signature". Shouldn't that be in the User CP? Maybe it's just not meant to be
  • I had to go and create one first and then under quick links is edit signature. After u create a ticker, they give u a link to copy and paste in ur signature
    Try it and c if it works

  • Not a great day in work today. Grr! Although, my body must be starting to change because after an awful day I'm not coming home wanting to raid the cupboard/fridge! Fingers crossed that this is the beginning of good things as far as my diet is concerned. Please let this be Onderland week!!

  • Hi Everyone! I have been feeling down the last few days. I guess in past I have done low carb and other fad-type diets and my weight has dropped significantly faster. I have also had more time and energy in past to workout. Now it seems like my weight is going down killer slowly.....but I have to be OK with that, don't I? The only other option is to go on a strict diet which is not an option for me.

    Anyone else feel the blahs?

  • Laura, I have those blah days as well but I just struggle through and start positive with a new day tomm. I have been feeling really good lately though, I think its because i have been exercising. I have picked out an outfit that i would like to be able to get into by summer. (i'm going to the beach or my birthday in july so that day is kind of a motivation. I am a pittsburgh steelers fan and there are alot of steelers womens clothes I cannot fit into so I picked out a few things I would like ot be able to wear when I go to the beach and am sooo excited about getting there. What are you most looking forward to, rewards, ect?

    Laura - I was like that last week and seemed to have snapped out of it. The thing that usually works for me is getting more fresh air and getting in nature somewhere. A walk down by the lake or in the fresh snow. Don't worry, it'll pass I know it is hard not to see the weight flying off, but I like to think if I do it slow it will stick better!
