    b-Mocked Danish[cottage cheese egg, splenda,cinn & vanilla]1/2 c soy milk.
  • I had peanut butter and sugar-free jelly on LC wheat bread and a cup of coffee.
  • 4 med eggs sfot boiled with 1/4 cup (may have been half) of fiber one Highest fiber count with less carbs comes to about 8 carbs total after you subtract the fiber. Tastes like dried grahm crackers. and yup i put it right in my eggs.
