It's Monday, and I really need to faithfully count calories and NOT go above 1500. I just feel like I'm letting myself off the hook too much lately. And be more 'sincere' with my workouts--again letting myself off the hook.
Anyway, time to catch up with my menus!

grapefruit/orange juice [fresh! We love our juicer!]
pizza bagel [sauce, vegs, cheese on Asiago bagel]

Salad [spinach, vegs, veg. 'chicken', ff ranch]
strawberries w/ ff vanilla pudding
snacks: pear/ apple juice
Snickers 'Marathon' bar

Sunday:

4 corn-pecan pancakes w/ maple syrup, cooked pears
2 veg. 'sausages'
carrot/ celery/apple juice
1 1/2 millet patties [these are good--I'll post the recipe sometime.]
steamed brocolli w/ red peppers and garlic
ff pudding and strawberries
snacK: lo-fat ice cream sandwich
exercise: 3 mile walk
