  • Well since Canadian thanksgiving is only days away, I think I won't do 30 pounds by then BUT I'll cheer ya all on, and will have turkey for you with cauliflower potatoes a month before you do! LOL

    Since it's a "thanksgiving" thread, thanks all of you for great support and encouragement. Good luck on your challenge!
  • Congrats to all of the losses! I lost 2.4 lbs this week. Today, someone at work asked me if I've been running again!

  • 2.4 for week three... At first I was disappointed, but then I set myself straight ... When else have I ever lost 16.2 lbs in three weeks? Never! Not even as a teenager. So I'm happy with it!
  • This last weigh-in was a bust due to my NYC trip....up 7 pounds!! Today is day 2 of 100% redeeming myself...should I still put in my weight??? Im embarrassed lol lesson learned

    Don't be embarrassed - stuff happens and you are recommitted! I know others have added their gains as well as losses, it's up to you

    I was hoping for the whoosh fairy after the .8 loss last week (TOM etc.), but she didn't show up, but still, not bad.

    I lost 3 pounds last week. Pretty good for doing the walking in the evening and then 3 weight lifting workouts.

    How often do you guys measure the inches? I lose a bit each week, but its not much, so I'm thinking I need to not do that except once a month.
  • I am now at 19.6 pounds lost!! Weigh in is Tuesday!! For my third week on IP I feel great other than being sick!! I love this diet and can not believe I am almost to m goal of 30 by thanksgiving!
