  • Okay! Again, haven't logged in a few days, but kept a record:

    July 24th - Day off
    July 25th - 8 hours of walking around downtown Chicago! Well, some of it was standing....I went to a concert. I'm going to count 4 hours as exercise, as I walked at LEAST that much in cardio! I'm exhausted! lol

  • Okay I haven't had access to update for awhile but now it's back and more steady! I've also been bad.
