Hi ladies! Just checkin' in really quick, post-workout. Things are going pretty well in my world right now - I feel like I am on top of things, like I am working really hard without overdoing it, in all aspects of my life. What a great feeling!

FH and I are thinking about getting bikes soon, now that the weather is nice. I've wanted to get a bike for ages and always felt like it would be a waste of money because I was such a lazybutt. Now that I'm really feeling like I'm changing how I live, I am SO excited. I used to love going for long bike rides as a kid.

Hi Everybody!

This is my fourth day back on plan after my Relay for Life incident. The weight is dropping back off again.......now if I can only stay on plan for over two weeks. It is like I'm stuck in some kind of 150s loop.......I know I can break through this, I'm just going to have to work really hard.

Have a great day!

Hi All!

Just coming to check in with the teams. I had a couple of stressful days (trying to find a new place to live) and I discovered that I want to eat when I am stressed..isn't it funny how it only took me 34 years to realize that?. I didn't do extremely bad, but I did give in a bit.
Does anyone have any good strategies to cope with stress and take your mind off food?

I just checked out the results thread and saw that we are down to 12 members per team. I figure we all should at least get an endurance and perseverance award

The teams sure are small now. We are the strong ones sticking in here. I noticed that when I lose, the rest of my team doesn't and we lose the weigh-in. If I gain, we win. What's up with that???

It's hard to believe that this is wrapping up soon. I just joined a summer bootcamp challenge. All you determined women should come on over and sign up. It will give us something to do this summer. You can find it at Chicks up for a Challenge. Better hurry though because it starts up Friday.

Let's try this again.....

Seems the boards are having issues again. I tried to post yesterday but it locked up again.

Will keep this short.... loving life in SC visiting with the kids and Noah. Will post a couple pictures when time permits and IF the boards cooperate.

I miss you ALL!!!

Hello Everyone!
Just stopped to catch up with everyone and thought I'd say hello. Things have been super stressful here and as a result weight-loss is kind of stalled...fine with me though, as long as the pouds I worked so hard to get off don't start coming back! A few days back someone asked how many pounds off of our driver's license weight we are...so I pulled mine out today and am, as of this morning, .4 lbs lower than the weight shown...funny how those things happen. I also think I want to check out the Summer challenge...thanks for the heads up!

I am glad to see some of you are going to try the bootcamp challenge. We should stick together. Heck, we've held on this long. What's another 4 months?? We are going to be the new hotties from 3FC.

Wanted to say hi to everyone. Still have a hard time with the site. Got in yesterday to post my weigh in but then couldn't get to another screen. Hope everyone is doing well. This is the time of year for many of us that suffer with allergies. We will get thru it lol.

Been a bit busy this week with the new rescue **** Tzu. She is a little wonder and doing better everyday.

Morning everyone.

I found this quote this morning and it is perfect for how I feel today: "A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty."

Most of you know this but it was after a visit with the kids last November that put me on my way to a life style change. Being with them now only reinforces my resolve to get and stay healthy.

I'm doing great with my eating but my only exercise is running after a 15 month old. Then there is the pushups off the floor to chase him some more. I can tell you that it so much easier now than it was six months ago.

Mary: I saw the thread where everyone was posting their goals, but then I also saw the "Sign-up" thread and that was already locked yesterday, so I figured I was too late.
No worries, I went and joined the May Weight loss and exercise challenges....at least with those ones I don't have to clean my house LOL
