Still the same today as yesterday (-0.6 from SW).
On the subject of learning from daily fluctuations, which I do track, another good one to track is your TOM. I keep all my weight/workout/eating/water notes in a checkbook sized calendar with a month on each page. I also track TOM there just by marking a dot in the corner for each day. Mine is pretty regular if I keep my diet regular, so I can see when it's coming up, and I don't freak when the scale starts to creep up a few days before. I like the little calendar because, opened to the current month's page, it slides right under my computer keyboard. Out of the way, but the corner peaking out reminds me to keep the record updated.
