I can certainly live with that teeny fluctuation overnight. I had a good weight training session yesterday...today I'll do cardio...maybe a lil more will come off for my Friday weigh in.

I'm not sure what's up with this week - I didn't expect to lose anymore, but then went down another pound...not sure if I can pull off another one anytime soon though, but if I did, it would be absolutely fine with me!

Just another half a pound off and I will be out of the obese range...and one more pound will be 10% of my body weight lost...awesome!

That is so cool! That's such a goal of mine...to not be "obese", so congrats on being so close to that awesome milestone!

No big change here....I have NOT been drinking anywhere near enough water and it's really messing with me. Thankfully my next few days will be much calmer, so I will be way better.

Me too Fressca! Up 2 days in a row. I’m taking pain meds for a pinched nerve in my shoulder so I’m hoping that’s what’s going on ‘cuz I’ve been on-plan since….well since I don’t even know when it’s been so long.

I had a big ole fat lead like that last time. Still didn't win But I'm just not working it that hard lately. Probably in about a week, I'm going to start some resistance band work, so probably I'm in for a good, long time at 140
