I'm a daily weigher, too. It definitely keeps me on track, and I feel like I've learned a lot, just from watching the daily weights in relation to my eating and exercise habits, tom, etc. Knowledge is power, chickies!
Down a pound today! Man, I was stuck on the exact same number for 4 days, so this was a nice surprise!
