so it felt good to get rid of the *kid* clothes to make room for the new wardrobe i'll be buying at the end of the year.
Since my scales include ounces it was nice seeing them go down a few.

I have a small snack for lunch and then dinner, maybe that's why I'm not losing much weight?? I did work out I did one hr in the morning and another hr in the afternoon
I have to figure out some type of weight
if not things are going to start to hang
I am in, tell me what to do. I need to loose 41 more pounds. I could use pointers.

I hate not seeing the scale go down, I DON'T know what else to do from the working out and trying to eat healthy! Cut calories how many more should I cut out I think I'm probably eating between 1000, 1200 I know be patient and you'll see results
sounds like it needs a boost. You are doing great with the exercise. Its bound to come off. Remember muscles weigh more than fat so its harder to lose when you are exercising but its bound to happen so hang in there.
