Well I was over my calorie allotment yesterday but not due to a binge so I'm not feeling guilty about it. I figured I might be and when we chose Mexican for dinner, I knew I would be. I cannot resist chips and salsa.

Might be meeting up again tonight but I don't think for dinner. If so, will try to be better tonight.
- Breakfast: 1 serving Rice Krispies (130), 1 medium banana (105) and 3/4 cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Chocolate Almond milk (33-3/4). 268-3/4 calories total.
- Lunch: 2 slices 45 calorie bread (90), 1 slice turkey (30), 1 wedge LC garlic Swiss (35), 1/8 cup mild banana pepper rings (5), 1/2 serving baby carrots (17-1/2), 1 serving pretzel nuggets (110), black cherry light yogurt (90) and a medium orange (64). 396-1/2 calories total.
- Dinner: 14 oz country style pork ribs (220), 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (30), 10 brussel sprouts roasted in 1 tbsp olive oil (200). 405 calories total.
- Evening Snack: If I stay in, would assume I might have an evening snack. If I go out, I'll allow myself to have something to drink.
1115-1/4 calories total for the day
Weight training plus light cardio today though still sore from Tuesday's weight training. Moving hurts!
