Doing a juice fast now, not sure how long I can hang on. This is the second day though I feel good, not hungry at all, but of course I crave BAD things...

You can do it with the juice fast. I did it for 30 days and I loved it. Keep it up. You can do it!
Really? You did it?! Awesome!! Since this is very temporary (not sure how long), we're not using our own juicer, which can be expensive weve got the green machines along with some carrot juice. Do you think that's good enough? My husband's goal is detox, but mine is weight loss it's crazy though, that i'm not hungry at all ..

Yes, I did it. I wasn't sure if I could but I did. I"m not sure what the green machines are but if you are getting juice, then that should be fine. My goal was detox and weight loss and I think I did both. I was the same way......Once I made it pass Day 4, it was smooth sailing. Not hungry at all.
30 days!! wow I bet it was life changing. I did the master cleanse for a week. That was interesting. It was challenging, but I had plenty of energy and slept like a baby. I, too remember things really changed after day 4. Did you have great sleep on the juice too? Anyway, the Green machine is the Naked Juice. It's 'supposed' to be the healthiest green juice out there. no Added sugar and etc. I just hope I'm not screwing this up with bottled juice. So far, I have dropped my cinco de mayo extra weight. yeah, mostly water, but I think I had a good pound or so in there from this weekend.. haha!

So it's cheat day and I'm not having a very good time. I can't enjoy anything anymore; everything I eat that's not 100% on-plan makes me feel terribly guilty. It ruins any enjoyment I might have had.
I weighed in at 190 this morning and I'm aiming for 184 by the end of the month (which will put me at the 50 lbs lost milestone).
I completed one hour of walking this morning and I will be doing a pool workout with my trainer later.
Okay, it has been a week since I threw my hat into this ring, I should update. I am showing a pound down from last week, but just to clarify, I have been bouncing around between 171 and 170 all week, so this may just be the luck of the day

I have also started upping calories to support the weight lifting program I started, so this may not end up being a good month for me on the scale I am preparing myself for that!
