hey all , quiet today! Did yoga again and anyone who says it isn't a workout, isn't doing it right. Wowzers! Today I just walked a bit. Tomorrow is weight training again and maybe some more walking.

I'm in. It's exactly what I had been thinking on my own: 5 hours a week, 50 weeks of the year. Right now I'm going to the gym 4 times a week -- two consecutive classes on one day (low-impact aerobics followed by weight) and one class on the others. I have to make things fit with our family's schedule as we have only one car, and this is the best solution for now.

I've got a little sidetracked with school starting back after the summer break (I'm a teacher) .... but I'm feeling fitter and healthier and determined to keep it up ...

... I jogged for 35 minutes today as I couldn't get to the gym ... only my second run in two months so feeling good I could manage more than 5kms ... hopefully I can kick on from here as running is so easy to do anytime anywhere ...

820 + 80 + 40 + 60 = 1000

I've had a mad week, so exercise has taken a bit of a back burner. Since I last checked in I did an hour hudrodance and 20 mins dog walking on Tuesday, 40 minutes walking Wednesday, 1 hour hydro aerobics Friday and some more bits and pieces of walking but I'm not counting them.

1000 minutes so far, hopefully I'll fit a few more minutes in today, but I will do better overall next week! 100 minutes to go to make my target, which unfortunately I'm not going to manage, back on it enxt week! Starting with Pump in the morning

You all are kicking butt! I did an hour today. So behind for January, but that is ok. Spring and summer and fall I'm way more active with biking and gardening walking.

1000 + 60 + 30 = 1090

60 minutes pump and 30 minutes walking today, almost made target for this week, even though I've had a pretty crazy week. I'm going to try for 410 minutes this week, so want to achieve 1500 by the end of the week.

Good luck all!

Hi Everyone !
Today was a beautiful hour of pilates. I am getting STRONGER and it's great.
Tomorrow I have to go into the city to return some purchases and I'll be by the gym, so tomorrow will be cardio day. Exactly what I'm not sure.

I had a thought today that I've been kinda paralyzed by this exercise thing because I feel a pressure to drop these pounds. But what I really want is to be able to Enjoy my exercise every day, so once it's done for the day, it's done. I'm not going to second-guess whether it was enough, blah, blah, blah. I'm going to be content with my effort and look forward to next day's session.

26hrs so far...no exercise on Sunday... And 2hrs elliptical today for a total of 28 hrs...weekend partying ... And cheated liberally(

Every time I am cheating, I am thinking that all that's going in so easily will take a lot of sweat and exercising to get off my body... But sometimes I just give in... I usually weigh myself all the time... Not planning to do that until Wednesday.. Hopefully the scale dos not move in the wrong direction!!
