Prism21 ... that is some serious minutes your putting in ...

Berry .... sorry about the accident .... these things are always a hassle ... good to see you got in some walking in ....

I had a go at my weights/interval programme .... I'm usually pretty average at doing it without a trainer .... but I was quite good today .... even did the horrible burpees and sprint intervals ...

It's my 17th wedding anniversary today ... and have a few treats so not counting or worrying ....

I'd like to join in and start tracking my exercise again. I stopped working out back in November and I'm paying the price now because my jeans don't fit anymore!!

I'll get a ticker going, go dust off my DVDs and report back once I have my first hour of 2012 exercise completed.

I would join the walk/bike/run challenge, but I would prefer to count hours at or instead of miles covered. Especially since I do strength training and step workouts and spinning which don't count miles/steps.
Count me in, how are we going to keep track? Just for ourselves or in this thread? So far I've done 3 hours.

Wonderful! I'm doing a yoga class tomorrow for the first time. I'm about as flexible as a dead tree, so this should be interesting! Eek! But I figured it would be good to mix up my workouts between aerobics, strength and flexibility. I'll give it a couple tries with a couple idffent instructors and see how it goes.

Hi all, I'd love to join too! I'm back on the wagon after wobbling on and off it for the last few months.

I'm not naturally good at exercising, and often it can be a real chore to make myself get up and do something. Hope pledging here will help me!

I was on vacation last week, so I'm going to start from here, giving myself a little catching up to do!

Hi all! It looks like everyone is doing very well! I'll join in as well.
I took a week off this past week to give my body as rest.
Today is my first day back to exercise. We'll see how it goes, I'm planning on running. I might squeeze in some strength too.
I'll update how much I did later on.
