Took the girls to the beach for 4 miles then breakfast at the cafe...nice cool morning...didn't see any sunshine until we got home but that's OK...or else I would get spoiled...lol....65/1000 MILES

Another 5.804 miles for me today. I use the wii and workout with it a total of 80 minutes a day. But 30 minutes of that is the Free Run. I am enjoying the Wii!!
