Well I didn't get a chance to add any miles since I was out of town from last friday until tonight....

but I am bumping this 'cause my wife says "we are walking to Starbucks in the morning...me and the girls missed you!"....

Well my wife and I got the girls out for 4 miles this morning. Took off at 6:30 down to Starbucks in our shorts and t-shirts! It doesn't get any better than that!

Me and the spoiled brats got in 3 miles this morning...you woulda swore it was a spring morning! Sun was shining, birds were singing, I was in shorts and a light sweatshirt...and it was before 7am!

I will be slow to get miles in after tomorrow though as my next project for a couple of months will be 100+ miles away.

Can a newbie join in? I ran 1,106 miles last year. This year my goal is 1400 miles.

Absolutely!

Well I was able to get 3 in with my wife and the dogs before she headed off to her monthly BUNKO. My boss sent me to a job closer to home this afternoon.

I'm in, too. Mine will be mixed, and I'll have to edit this post to get my YTD tally later on tonight (after my swim!)

1/19 - 8.2 miles (bike)
1/17 - 7.7 miles (bike), 1 Mi (run) - 8.7 miles

Total: 16.9 mi

4.5 miles today on the treadmill (hating New England weather at the moment) putting me at just over 80 miles for the year. I have a spreadsheet that tracks my miles versus where I should be at any given point during the year that I love updating.

Great job ladies!

Angie had to sub for the early morning yoga class so the girls and I skipped the Starbucks and just did 3 miles in the neighborhood.

Angie and I took the mutts to Starbucks this morning...a bit chilly for a while then the sun came out...a nice way to start the day.

I probably won't get any miles in again during the work week due to time on the road...so, if I don't get in a walk after church tomorrow I wish you all tons of miles this week!

Since Jan 1st...I walked 93 KM....I think that makes 55.8 miles.
I can hardly beleive it myself...since I was a couch potato!!!
I AM VERY PROUD OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, YAYYY FOR ME !!!
and I feel so good!!!
