Kellost - Congrats - that's amazing!!

I, on the other hand, gained 3 lbs... from changing scales. Haha. I'm using the tragically-accurate Wii Fit now, so it's definitely correct... how I now despise overly-generous analog scales! Anyway, I have to tell myself it's not real weight gain, just psychological weight gain, right? Blah...

On the other hand, I have been practicing yoga and feeling really great. So not a totally bad day. Access to exercise equipment at home + boredom = Jillian Michaels-type workout routines for hours every day.

Kellost - 4 pounds?!? Wow, awesome!
jiggles - that's one of my favorite holiday treats. The day before Thanksgiving my dad poured me a giant glass of rum and eggnog and I drank it all... I vowed then not to have eggnog in the house, or even rum until after the holidays.
lackadaisy - I can see how that would be annoying, suddenly weighing 3 lbs more than you thought you did... but it sounds like they'll be gone in no time if you keep working out like that!

Last night DH had to work late, and then he went out with some friends, so my plans for fast food went out the window (we only have 1 vehicle) and I actually had to cook something. I also stayed up super late (1am by the time I went to bed!) so I could hang out with DH a little, and I ended up having an evening snack. I was at 1305 calories, not counting the stuff I tasted while cooking holiday goodies. Close enough. I had to walk around campus a lot yesterday to run errands, and with cooking/baking all night, I probably burned off all of the calories I took in from licking the bowl of cake batter and whatnot.

Tonight will be the fast food night I think.. we've gotta go out anyway to get one last Christmas gift, for our nephew. To be fair, we didn't know if we'd see him for Christmas until 2 or 3 days ago. So it's not totally our fault for waiting until the last minute.

Was a good busy day. Finished some errands and got my hair done. It was super nice to have some alone time, even if it was doing errands. I am almost never alone. I ate well today and should see a good scale number tomorrow. That'll set me up well for the rest of the week.
Tomorrow we're going to be painting all day which will be fun and should be a decent calorie burn. We're just packing snacky-type foods and drinks to eat throughout the day...nothing too bad, though. So, tomorrow should be another successful day!

Hello my Feather and Merry Christmas

Santa got me my very own laptop love it!

Food has been horrid my own fault... I'll be super careful today I wanted to go run and test out my other new Christmas toy, a Forerunner 505 GPS for running, but it's freezing rain here ... So maybe I'll do a dvd or bike..

Hope every one has a good Boxing Day... Anyone braving the stores today?

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I didn't do so well diet wise, but managed to have a wonderful Christmas!

Going to get back on track starting tomorrow morning. I am going back to work after having the past few days off.

You all appear to be doing very well...way to go!!!

Jiggles, me too! I have the next week off at home with lots of leftovers. I tried to send all of the cookies and candy with DD22 to her BF's family get together, but I see that she brought most of it back home--like an evil boomerang. Tomorrow it's going to work with either DD or DH. I'm sick of it!
