Beachy~~ Keep at it. The scale WILL catch up. I have figured out that my carbs aren't low enough- I'm keeping under 90. We'll have a loss on Monday, I know we will!

Everyone~ This is a great, funny, pick-me-up thread of MyMF... "You know you're on Medifast when..."
http://mfboards.mymedifast.com/showthread.php?t=12464

I love that community and have really been relying upon that and the MyPlan tools to keep me going!

Keep it up Beachy! Look for other clues... loose pants, bra not fitting as right, or my favorite, my wedding ring stopped making my finger look like a fat sausage! Did you take your measurments when you started? If not, do it now! Also, ANY little cheat can knock you out... any (it seems)
Keep up the good work, you WILL see results, Have faith.
We all know how the body is resistant, I have had plataeus a several. You can do this!
Be good. We're all rooting for you!

Hey! I'm still here. Don't post much, though. I've slowed down quite a bit - I'm lucky to lose a pound a week these days, though I'll still take it!! Trying to hit the gym at least 4 days a week, working toward 5. I tried the new bars, and they're not too bad! Does anyone else think the Carmel Crunch and the Peanut Butter Crunch are a tad salty?? The Chocolate Mint Crunch reminds me of Girl Scout Thin Mints. I think having these sweet treats for meals is helping me to not crave anything. I am getting a bit tired of the MF stuff, though. I don't really like the soups too much, so I'm pretty much just doing shakes and the new bars. It's getting old . . . Any suggestions to spark it up a bit? (Oh, yeah, I also make the little muffins from the oatmeal - and I tried the pancakes, too. Not bad!! At least it's something to chew . . . )

Have a great weekend, all!!

Hello,

I hope everyone had a great week. I did weigh myself this past weekend and I am really happy to say that I did much better than I had expected. I lost 7lbs!! so, I am now down to 209 lbs Can someone tell me how to get a ticker added to my signature? I know I have to meet certain criteria before the signature function is turned on for me. Have a good weekend everyone.

Cheers!!

Default I'm ordering today!

Hi all,

I'm ordering my first package of Medifast today. Since I'm type 2 diabetic, I'm going to try their "diabetic" package. If that is too restrictive, then I'll try the regular woman's package.

Is there anyway to jump right to the Medifast forum here without going through all the drill down steps?

Thanks and I look forward to seeing you all in the forum!

Good Morning MFers!

Welcome Terri! Choose your pic as your Avatar and it should show up. It's always nice to put a face with a name! Also, at the top of the page under 'Thread Tools' select Subscribe to this thread. Then it will show up in your Control Panel so you can just select it and come here directly.

EllaDee-Congrats on the 7 lbs.! That must feel wonderful! and Welcome to chat! You can get a ticker after you have been a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts. Then the option will show up in your Control Panel.

Nice to see you nursejoan-My weightloss is also slowing...but it still ticks down enough every week to keep me going. I haven't really tired of the Medifast, though I have definatly narrowed it down to a few things that I really like. The only soups that I like are the Chicken Noodle and I just tried the Beef stew and it is REALLY good! I have also started working out regularly and see a huge difference in my body from that. I have been working my way through Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It is a killer! But very effective!

Hi Susan, Ashley, Beachy, Missy and Dan! You are all doing so well! I am totally inspired by your attitudes! Go team MF!

Hope everyone has a great OP weekend!

....

Sadly disappointed... it is Sunday, & I still haven't lost an ounce. First week was great! - 2nd week.... NOTHING. And NO I haven't cheated & YES I'm doing it correctly. And while tomorrow (Monday) is my official weigh-day, I'm not looking forward to seeing the scale at NON-BUDGE point. It's ONLY my 2nd week & I'm feeling defeated.

I need hugs.
