I think Lonnie is very handsome, but truthfully, he's much better looking in person i think. And Mkay, he has sent me emails but not one specifically to me. We talked on his cell when he was at the airport, but that was it. But, i'm not worried about it.

The training last night was wonderful, met the director, who is the daughter of the lady who started it in the early 80's. Moving story, we watched a video, we introduced ourselves and told a little of our story, we discussed the role of an advocate, very nice ladies and very interesting. I didn't realize all of the good they do for the community. Lot's of programs. I'm very happy to be involved with this group. Next training is this Sat. from 8:30 to 4:00, will be a long day, but i'm sure enjoyable. They even gave us a little homework, have to read about 30 pages before Sat.

Computer still down at work, driving me crazy. Hopefully it'll be back up and running tomorrow.

Hi everyone, reading and catching up on the posts.

Mkay, that is wonderful that you are holding those meetings in your kitchen! It is expensive to eat healthy...I know back when the juice machines where really popular I couldn't believe what people were spending to make apple juice, when to buy some would be a fraction of the cost.

My aunt had back trouble a few years ago and the pain became unbearable. She went to the doctor and the xray showed a huge mass along her spine. Needless to say many prayers were said for her and when she went back to the doctor the mass was NO WHERE to be found! God is great and wonderful!!

I believe that God directs me in my life. When I am able to share my weight loss story and pictures with others I am blessed by being told what an inspiration I am and I give all of that glory to the Lord. At my Weight Watchers meeting today I was told by a person who had lost 60 lbs that I had inspired her. What an amazing feeling!

My computer is back and working! Guess it's obvious i'm a little too attached to it, especially at work.

Mkay~you are really pretty. Your hair doesn't look thin? I hate to tell you, but i have to get my hair thinned probably atleast every other hair cut. It's just my preference, it makes me feel like Roseanne Roseannadanna if it's too thick!

I have so much to catch up at work now, more later.

Morning all. Mkay, love the picture, thanks for posting it. I guess I will have to work on getting one up. I don't really like pictures though because I look even heavier in them than I am.

Went Costco shopping yesterday and looked at new cars. I don't get one though because I can't decide what I like and I am not spending that much money until I now for certain what I want. Guess I will keep busy on the house and forget a car for a while anyway cuz they all carry payments and I don't like that part for sure.

Work all day today then only part of day Sat. and Sun. I ate some sugar stuff yesterday and feel sluggish and yucky today.

Angie: You have lost so much weight but doesn't it feel great when someone else lets you know that you inspired them. I know one of our staff comments every time I walk in about how great I look and keep up the good work. God delivered her from overeating years ago and to look at her now you would never know she had ever carried one extra pound.

That's an adorable cute not a bow-legged cute I just love seeing pics of those we are speaking with!!! Thanks for posting the pictures gals!!!

Hi Friends...

I LOVE Friday nights quiet and done my way.

My way being on line and listening to Engelbert Hunperdinck and his Gospel Favorites. Ok...I'm old.

DH is working on a friend's kitchen cupboards (installing new ones and laminate countertops). After I post, I'm going down the basement and "embrace" the rest of the laundry and clean up the hobby area, clean my bathroom, etc.

SillySunny- Hey, your threads/posts are the most colorful and cheery. You take your time posting beautiful pics, using colored fonts on everyone's message...you care my dear! Not that the rest of us don't it's that you show it in your posts. So there!!!

Rainy night tonight...still somewhat mild but rainy and cozy. Mmmmm...I love nights like these. Supposed to be sunny and in the 60s Saturday and Sunday and then cold by Wednesday.

EZ...to much of a rainy night for any outdoor sports here in MI. I don't really do sports too much. Ok...not at all. Boy, I'm tired of writing the word JUNK on the first 3 pages of the journal. I really and to get my head together and settle down my life and make the eating healthy commitment again.

Michele- You just had to rub it in about the hair thing.

Everyone- If anyone wants a pair of pretty earrings, created by me, just pm me with your address and color you want and earring style and presto chango...they will be in your mailbox before you know it. These are also on the house, so put in your order soon. Don't worry, I do this all the time to the girls at work...they love it and I love making them.

Angie Wangie- I'd love to see those pics. You are such an inspiration. I could use the motivation these days.

Bunna- I really need to get some groceries to get goin back on track. But then again, when the cupboards are bare...I can't over do it.

Hi all - So sorry I only posted one message & seemed to disappear. We had some major computer probs & ended up having to totally clear everything out & start again(I don't know the terms, my hubby is the computer man.) Anyhoo- you all seem so nice & I appreciate the welcomes I got. Neat news as far as my weight is concerned (I use the word neat sarcastically) I've been diagnosed as being hypothyroid as a result of my pregnancy. Bad news I guess, BUT now that I know there's a problem it can be fixed. They say it will be much easier to lose weight when my issue is under control. Glad to know the vague symptoms I've had are grounded in something that can be controlled. I'm going to try chinese natural medicine as well. God has put all kinds of wonderful things in the world to heal us. Hmm well now that the technical issues are solved it looks like I'll be able to visit more. Oh yeah - I'll be sure to try that Cheerio idea - my son is so hilarious I'm sure he'll love it. He's a smart little stinker too: Only 10months old as of the 2nd, he was sitting on my husband's lap today & was banging on the keyboard- as soon as he saw the Turn Off Computer screen he stopped grabbed the mouse - moved it to the turn off button & clicked on it. UNBELIEVABLE! He also attempted to plunge the toilet after observing daddy. Amazing little sponges. OK well - still making an attempt to do more exercise but no more weight loss yet.
