My positive is that I'm always striving to get the best out of life regardless of it's stresses. I am strong and can do it! (this is a HUGE improvement)

I threw out a bunch of goodies and sweets that were left at my house from the weekend!
Realizing that they were not going to do any good (especially a week and a half before my wedding), I tossed them all in the compost!
Some sneaky caramel kisses crept into my purse this morning too but I caught them before I left and tossed them as well.

WOO HOO! yay willpower!

A co-worker today told me that I'm looking much tinier. This adjective hasn't been used to describe me for years

Also, I'm able to fit into a skirt that I bought 4 years ago
