Well I guess mine would be...I made it this far lol. I definitely have to give credit to you guys on this site, there's so much motivation and strength to be found here.
I feel pretty today I'm wearing a shirt I bought 1.5 years ago, my hair worked out well this morning, and my skin is all aglow from the 2 hours of working out I've done in the past 14 hours. Yay!
Today I put on my jeans right out of the dryer (and they're always super small when that happens) and my belly didn't bulge over the edges! I think that's the first time that's happened since I was in middle school
I've got the motivation to be as good as possible for the next 33 days. If I lose, Great! Otherwise I'm just aiming to maintain and take it easy so that stress doesn't grab a hold of me.
One positive thing about me today is that I made conversation with a cute boy while we were both waiting for the bus... And he actually seemed pretty receptive! Not gonna lie; that gave me quite a boost.
I feel positive that this morning I helped my fiance on his post round and he said I was a massive help - plus it was quite a bit of exercise so I feel good!
