Oh my god, I'm so cold again. How is that a good thing? The only thing I liked about being heavier was a better tolerance for low temperatures. So this shows me that I'm back to normal again (for me).
This will be difficult because I'm poorly-sick and feeling low at the moment but here goes... my good thing is that I resisted Starbucks and chocolate today (although I did have too much greek yogurt, low fat though!)
We had a huge benefit dinner for the non-profit I work for. I bought a new dress the day before and I was very please about the way it fit. I actually looked kind of thin!
Well, last night I got TONS of compliments on how nice I looked in the dress and about my weight loss. One co-worker even said I looked "skinny"!!!
That made my entire week. Now I'm more motivated to hit the gym tonight for the last day of week 1 of the c25k!!
The band shirt I bought at a concert last night fits. Normally the girl tees fit too tight, but I have been working hard (gotta give props to the 30 day shred) and it's paying off!!!
One positive thing today is that I went out for lunch to a place where I always have sweet potato fries as a side (because they are deeeelish) and instead I got caesar salad, dressing on the side AKA a big bowl of romaine lettuce
One positive thing about me today is that when we stopped for coffee at Grand Central Terminal, I did not get a pastry. Instead, I got a small package of kumquats at the Greenwich Produce stand & ate about five of those. I've never had them before & they were wonderful.
