DOn't weigh yourself everyday...that will drive you nuts. I don't own a scale and glad for it. Just think you are doing great with points and excercise and you only loose 1 # what a drag but hey...

Bad weather

I hate to hear about bad weather...we are actually having temps of 33 or so which is GREAT! BUT not so great once things begin to melt then freeze at night! Uggh. makes for awful driving...
