I think you are absolutely correct. I cringe when I read the ingredients. I chose IP because it was a fast weight loss method. When I reach goal, I do feel that I should complete a full body detox.

Breakfast - Either an EAS or Atkins shake
Snack - Atkins or Pure Protein Bar (an occasional additional shake after dinner)...

Unrestricted bar and sugar alcohol?

There are several Atkins bars that are listed as "ok for All Phases" of the Atkins diet (and seemingly unrestricted?). Some of them have net carbs of 7g, with the remaining carbs coming from sugar...

That would be 41 grams of protein. That still is probably not nearly enough (its a minimum and just a guide). You'll get about 39 grams of protein from 3 IP packets (they average 13 grams each)......

Not sure what this means. Are you saying 2 cups max per week or 2 cups per meal twice a week (4 cups).
