Default Subway Wraps

Going into my 3rd week on SB. Had a Subway Turkey Wrap with no bacon today for lunch.
Is the Wraps okay on SB Phase 2

Is the wrapper whole wheat? I also wonder what's in the dressing. I wouldn't sweat it but I'd not make it a habit. Can they tell you the ingredients?

It was whole wheat and I had mayo on it.

was it the Atkins Approved wraps? I think that in total it is under 11 net carbs. I had the turkey wrap with bacon, but no cheese and I had the light mayo. It it was real good. I would not have it for lunch more than 2x a week, but any wrap can be made into a salad at subway. You do have to be careful of the dressing. If you have one that is SBD you can use that instead of the packets . They can add up to 300 more calories to a healthy salad.

Dr. A did say that it was ok to have the Subway wraps just watch what you put on them. I had posted it from the The Daily Dish back after they first came out but I'm sure it is way back in the mix somewhere.
