What do we put on a PB&J if we cannot have jelly or even fruit spread?? Sometimes its easy for me to just make a PB&J for lunch however it is entirely too dry with just peanut butter.
No sugar and no trans fat is ok, in small amounts. The natural peanut butters fit the bill. Actually, he might not have said natural peanut butter, but he does say no hydrogenated fats, etc, and most peanut butter has that. Smuckers makes a WONDERFUL natural peanut butter in a low fat version, which I think is much tastier than the full fat one.
I can't remember the limit - I don't have my book handy. Probably no more than a couple of tablespoons a day!
