Unfortunately, I can only offer a quick check in as well.

BF disappeared. Don't know where...he hasn't answered my calls or texts. go figure. I'm not too bent out of shape of it. Maybe he's busy or whatever. We'll see.

I did some research. I think they all of this pain may be related to a pinched nerve or something to that matter. I found this thing all ACNES (I forget the technical term...Abdominal Nerve Entrapment or something like that) and all of my symptoms match up...so I'm going to see a chiropractor shortly.

I may be moving back in with my parents as well.

Congrats on the loss Vday btw! I did get to skim over that much!

Well I did not resist today at all! I'm working (overtime) and decided I needed coffee to stay awake. Coffee and donuts. I thought I'd get just one. But I got FOUR and I ate them already. I should have come on here to post before I ran out to get donuts instead of after. I was doing great and OP until yesterday when I just felt... blah... and like I didn't care what I ate or whether or not I got in all my veggies (I didn't). And it seems to have poured over into today. I planned good for today, even brought a big salad with me. But I don't feel like eating it at all. I think all this cloudy, rainy weather is getting to me (honestly, I have seasonal depression). I need some sunlight and happy thoughts!

Oh and BTW I think DH and I are going to be going to Disney after all!

No time for individual replies but Heather, I hope things get better for you soon!

Hady HORRIBLE day Yesterday but today started out much better for now. Always seems like night time is when i want to down fall. Today is my grandfathers 81st birthday and we are having a party here for him tonight. I know i am gonna want cake but i am not going to give in I SWEAR!!! I will eat my WW chocolate chip cookie and i know i will be ok.
I put a pair of jeans on today hoping they would be loose and they are not so that was very upsetting. I have not walked on the treadmill today or yesterday. There is so much going on here right now, drives me NUTS!!!..

Sorry for rambling i just had to get that out..

Hahah... something must be going around because yesterday was just terrible for me too

I'll be back in the morning to check in more fully but I just thought it was funny that we're all griping about how poorly we ate yesterday. Something was in the air...

man, i know what was in MY air -- rain rain rain! and i could be PMSing, too...well, again, tomorrow new day and all that fun.
John is so sick right now, been on the couch all day and I've been kind of playing nurse/janitor (yeah, that kind of sick), which you would THINK would curb my appetite, but no!
Anyway, I welcome Monday! Here's to some OP days, maybe even more than 1 in a row!

Today was an awful night for me, a lot worse than my usual idea of a snacky evening! I had two of my friends over and we watched chick flicks and ate, and ate, and ate! I did manage to eventually become so full I couldn't even fathom eating any more and then just drank lots of water to try to flush it out and keep myself occupied but man, there must be something in the air, as Suite suggested, and it has crossed the ocean and has just hit England!! This was a very bad night, I think I used nearly 20 flex points!!
