Monday planning:

B: Forgot breakfast! Grrrr! Went and got a scone.... (8?)
S: 1/2c homemade ff yogurt (1)
L: leftovers - portobello, spinach, blue cheese, quinoa pilaf (7)
S: 1oz almonds (4), couple of dried apricots (1)
S: cookie (3), coffee w/cream (1), 1/2 fiberone bar (1)
D: Went for Thai... dumplings (6), 1/2c rice (2), chicken and veg in brown sauce (5)

=39/27. Stupid forgetting breakfast. Threw off my day from the start. Could have done without the cookie, cream in my coffee, and the fiberone bar -- all that was the result of poor decisions. Could have also done without the thai dumplings. At least I made a good choice of entree. Anyway, 12 FPs does not break the bank, I'll count it as my "high day" and move on!

I'm pretty much in love with it Of course today I managed to forget breakfast as I dashed out the door so my plan has to be revised a bit. But really, all that fiber keeps you full for a long time! It doesn't look like it would taste good but I really like it. Let us know what you think, vday! Tendalaya, I'm surprised you can't find it, it's not like Atlantic Canada is some crazy third world country. You're still civilized!

Check the box of popcicles before buying. I buy no-sugar-added ones... the fruit kind are actually 2 per point, and the chocolate ones are a point each. They feel dessert-y to me without being terrible for me

As for your plan, it looks fine to me, except why aren't you eating breakfast?

umm... I didn't have breakfast cuz I slept till 12.. lazy me today . I heard all the snow blowing a gale this morning so knew WI was going to be put off a day so stayed nice and warm in my blankies hehe.

I'm gonna see if I can pick up those popcicle things though, because as of right now when I want something for dessert I usually nuke one of those Smart One's 4 point brownies, and it's basically for the chocolate aspect... so chocolatey popcicles sound like a good fix for me! Making my shopping list because I know I'm going for groceries tomorrow, so I'm peeking around all kinds of threads to find different foods to buy. That'll be one of them!

LOL - I don't work right now because I'm in the process of moving within this month, so I can sleep in everyday if I want!

As I wrote in the other post, 3 pounds less at weigh in today, so in a Great mood!

Got the mushrooms and blue cheese and spinach at the store to try the mushroom caps, GOD that blue cheese is expensive! Had a greasy mushroom melt from Dairy Queen for lunch, (I treat myself to a cheat MEAL, not cheat DAY every time I lose..) and couldn't finish the fries, so I'm starting to notice my appetite going down due to the adjustments to smaller portions. All in all, good mood today and hope everyone else is having a good one as well.

Yeah, blue cheese can be that way! We get ours at Sam's Club so it's slightly cheaper. DH loves the stuff so I say what the heck. We all have those certain foods that we compromise price-wise on.

Today was a good day -- planned to go into my FPs to balance yesterday's low-point day.

B: fiber one, almond milk (1)
S: fiber one bar (2) ---> boy am I getting my fiber or what?
L: lean cuisine (4), chili (3)
S: skim chai latte (3), honeybunch cookie thing (4?)
S: bean salad (2)
D: went to CiCi's pizza... had a big salad dressed with vinager (hth do you spell that?) (0), three pieces of veg pizza (9), and one piece of the apple pie dessert pizza (4). Took care of my pizza craving
S: piece of dark chocolate (1)

=33/27, 6 FPs used. I'm a little low on my FPs this week -- I think I've only used 15 of them, usually by this time I'm closer to 22. So it goes! EDIT: Okay, I totally have a selective memory. Good thing for this website. I went back to my previous posts and turns out I'm at 24 FPs used for the week -- That's a good number for me to be sitting at for now, but I sure am glad I went and recounted so I don't accidentally go over!!

Sam's Club eh?.... Must be another one of those places imaginary to those of us suffering here in Atlantic Canada... hehe.... Oh BUT! I DID see a fibre one bar at Petro Canada today? *Gas Station* It's not a cereal but like a snack bar? LOL

Went over like 10 points today, but that's just 10 of my weekly points, and is totally normal for the day I have my 'cheat meal'. Never got to make the mushrooms, going to try tomorrow with that super expensive fancy schmancy blue cheese. BTW - you wrote you had 3 pieces of Veggie pizza for 9 points, where and how is this possible?!?

All in all had a good day, and super motivated to have a good week. Hope all is well with you guys! And I must leave you all with a question, alright.. for those of you with men around, does your man have a shirt that he wears, not even that he has to wear outside of the house mind you, that you want to secretly hide or burn or shread or..... LOL - just a thought.

Yep, there are Fiber One snack bars in addition to the cereal. They're a little sweet for me, but we have a box of em at home so I'm eating them anyway. You'll have to check the points, some have 2, some have 3.

As for the pizza, the slices at CiCi's are very small They have their nutritional info up on the website and I calculated from there, so I trust it! I think the three pieces I ate were probably the equivalent of one or one and a half slices of a large pizza from other places. More satisfying to say I ate three though!

And as for the shirt, YES -- DH has a couple of shirts like that He had this stupid South Park one (note the past tense, "had") that had Eric Cartman as a police officer and 'respect my authoritah' on it. I mean, I love South Park and all, but for a 30+ year old man to be wearing it was a little off-putting... I made that one go away. We made a deal - i take that one, he keeps his other stupid one that has the "Viking World Tour" (with a picture of some vikings on the front and places they invaded in the B.C. time on the back). Men.
