I had my WI today, and it was better than I expected -- I expected a gain or at best a maintenance, and I lost 0.6. Sure it's not huge but I'm happy with ANYTHING given the week I've had!!

Hey all! I know I haven't been around but that's because I've been sticking to the 1x/week weigh in...this week, down .5! And that's after a terrible week. Just like last week was terrible! I ate about 76 Flexies!! God I'm thankful I didn't go up, and I am psyched for that half lb!!
OK, so that puts our total at...62.1
Jamie -- good idea to figure out next month's weight goal at the end of this month.
Everyone -- keep up the good work! The losses AND the gains -- keep it honest, right??
I stayed EXACTLY the same. I am pretty disappointed, but at least it isn't a gain. After my Valentine's Day hiccup I've had four days at my 23 points (except last night when I used the last of my flex points for a bowl of cereal) and have been exercising and didn't even see a .2 of a pound shift. TOM is due in three days... when do you see the gain from that, before, during or after?
Anyway, afraid I can't help with the total. But congrats to everyone on their losses so far this week!
Freedom - I always see a gain the week before. That's probably what it is. Just try not to use TOM as an excuse to go crazy and you'll see a loss next time.
Must... have... chocolate!!! I am not one to crave things except when TOM comes to visit! I will be good, though, as I would love to see a loss next week!
Is everyone else really excited to see what our total comes to this month? I can't wait to see what ugly bottom sucker we can lose next month to beat it too, hehe!
Hi all. I don't post much because dial up makes the whole process SO SLOW... just like my weight loss! ... but at WI on Friday I was down .4 for a total loss of 6.8 in 5 weeks.

I haven't been OP for about 3 weeks too much stress. 2 car accidents 1 minor 1 major since first of Feb,oh yeah and a teenage son who thinks he's stronger than his Dad,smarter than his Mom. Anyway things are getting back to normal. and I'm ready to get back to it.
I started on Jan. 9, and lost 14 pounds in three weeks, gained two back and was at a standstill for 3 weeks. But yesterday I weighed myself and it seems I've lost 3 pounds since Saturday!
I usually try to keep my weigh-ins to once a week, but my stomach didn't seem to be in my lap so bad yesterday, so I decided to weigh myself.
I credit this loss to adding two pink grapefruits a day for the past week and a half to my regimen. That's the only thing I did different, so we're sticking to the grapefruit. I've also been more diligent with water intake.

I lost a pound this week. It doesn't undo the damage I did last week, but it's a start! I once again went off plan last Thursday (lunch with DH, then Valentine's Dinner, which I made at home but still...) and sort of stayed off plan through Sunday, so I guess I did pretty well considering. Gosh, I hate that my holiday derailment is still affecting me but this entire week, for the first time in months, I have felt so committed.
And I have a new mini-goal. I had gotten to my 10% on December 3, but I'm currently 4 pounds over that. I have two more weeks before I get my 16 week clapping hands, so...I'd love to be back to my 10% on my 16th week. Totally do-able!

I didn't realize that I was supposed to add my pounds. So, with my 3, it makes 67.8.
