Why do you think you'll be successful this time:because my hubby joined with me, and its a heck of alot easier to stay on plan when both people in the house are eating healthy

Why do you think you'll be successful this time: Finally got the motivation to do it. I want to have a baby soon, but would like to get my extra weight off first so I don't have to deal with that much more after the baby is born.
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: My husband and I love to find new places to eat. We don't always have a lot of time together so when we do, it's hard not to be able to do that.
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: My husband just started WW this week as well and we have limited ourselves to going out for a "special" dinner once every other week

How much weight do you hope to lose: 117lbs which will put me at my goal of 150lbs.
What do you do for exercise: I fell in LOVE with Zumba which I do 3 days a week. I'm also picking up a 90 minute spin class and like to walk 5 miles 2 to 3 days a week.
What foods help you stay OP: I LOVE veggies, all of them so since they are free it really helps me get through the day. I usually have a huge salad once a day and it keeps me satisfied for quite a while.
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: I can actually say I am mentally sound and by that I don't mean NOT CRAZY! lol! I went through so many 'Diets' and truly believe I couldn't change because I wasn't ready to give up my daily binges because food was medication to me. I needed to learn how to deal with my issues in other ways. I really learned how to do that with Weight Watchers and my leader is so awesome, she is my angel =D

Other comments: Hey, chickies, I've been a member of 3FC for ages; I was going to WW when I joined, and I lost down to 159 on that try. But I threw in the towel and hey presto - gained it all back plus four more!
I rejoined 2 weeks ago and this time I'm sticking to it!! No more slacking off My hat is off to all those who can do this without anything to keep them accountable; I seem to need that. Anyway, the first weigh in was good - down 4.8.

How long have you been on WW/Flex: Just completed my first day.
How much weight do you hope to lose: at least 80lbs.
What do you do for exercise: Elliptical, Wii Active, resistance bands/dumbbells, and thinking about getting Just Dance or Zumba for Wii.
What foods help you stay OP: so far, veggies and fruits.
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: the flex plan seems much easier than counting calories and there seems to be room for "error." I am also ready to be happy with myself.

What do you do for exercise: I am disabled, with muscular dystrophy. I am working with a physical therapist and am able to use stationary bike, and do some mild exercises at home.
What foods help you stay OP: raw baby carrots, coffee, monster 0, hot lemon water, Lean Cuisine
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: WW structure is easy for me to follow. I love that I can track on my Android phone and no excuse to not track.
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: grazing. I have to make sure I do not eat less than 2-3 hours apart. I also have diabetes and control it through food, which means more meals, but smaller ones.
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: I use my phone and set a timer so I know when to eat.
