i AM ON A MiSSiON!!! THiS iS MY YEAR!!

I came to 3fc in 2008 and was great for a few months, then just quit. no excuse, no reason, i just gave up!! dec.1 i decided, i can't give up on myself!! I WONT GIVE UP AND I WONT GIVE IN. THIS IS MY YEAR!

How encouraging. My SW is actually 387. Weighed today at my dr. appointment. I am setting a goal to weigh 350lbs one day soon. You are doin so well! Keep it up lady!!

That is great! Congrats. I am considering swimming or at least water walking to help my bum knee a bit. We have an indoor pool at our gym and I have never used it! Sounds like it could be fun and a change of pace from my usual. Keep us he great work!

thelast....i love to swim....this is the little program i did that got me up to 1 mile good luck!!! i always feel like a skinny lady in the pool!!

I can't wait until April. My gym is building a new facility just a couple of miles from the existing center that will have a pool. Then I can swim too! I hope they will offer water aerobics and other swimming fitness classes too!

I tried Zumba. I am just not coordinated enough to do it. I admit, I can't dance. LOL! But super congrats to you for being able to!

awww courtney...you're so sweet!! this pneumonia has me sidtracked for month 2 but i am a fighter and will not give up!! whooop whooop!!

THANK YOU Natamars....it always means so much when others encourage me...i have been sick with pneumonia the last week, and am still on bed rest another week, but will be kicking my zumba hills up soon again!! and splashing about in the pool!!
