I've almost made it to my first big goal!!! I had mini goals set at -20 lbs and every 10 lbs after that. Now all of my mini goals have been reached!! I can't believe it. I never thought that *I* could ever lose this much weight. At 269 lbs I thought that "onederland" (below 200 lbs) was impossible. That was why I set it as my first BIG goal. I have never felt the need to be skinny, so I think my final Ultimate goal will be 175. I'm tall so I wore a size 10 about 13 years ago when I weighed 175. I have noticed since losing this weight that my body is shaped different after having 2 children. Before I had my first daughter I weighed about what I do now and wore smaller jeans. I guess I don't fit into them now because of the way things stretched out when I was bigger. I have loose skin now that I definitely didn't have before. I am ashamed I let that happen to my body, but feel quite proud when people notice my weight loss. I feel better about myself and my blood pressure is no longer borderline high. Now I just can't wait to be posting that I've made it to "onederland" and then to 175!!!!
