My weight is coming off slowly, probably because at this point, I refuse to give up cheese. We'll see if i can wean myself off in the next few weeks! In the meantime.. the following has occured:

1) I can now take off my jeans without unbuttoning them

2) My waist is becoming way more defined

3) My stomach sinks in when I lay down

Eventually... the scale will catch up!
