I find my mini goals help me to just focus on what I need to do next. I look at the next step and then it doesn't seem so big. One step at a time makes it possible to go anywhere. Just as 1 bit at a time got me there.

All we can do is one day at a time to eat the foods that are healthy and if we have a slip up to start over from that moment. Mini goals- start with right now.

I am learning how to eat out healthy. Restaurants will substitute. I request tomato slices instead of potatos. They will sub steamed veg for rice and potato also.
