Cool My first official mini goal

Hi, I want to share with all of you my joy because Iím 174.4 today. My first mini goal was to weight 175. I have lost 24.2 pounds since February 19, and that is thanks to all of you. My next mini goal is to weight 165.

I have been using my treadmill Monday to Friday and I have replaced white rice with brown rice. I did not eat white flours and I look at my calories. Because now I eat much more vegetables and fruits than before, I’m eating more food than before starting diet, and part of my problem was that I love empty calories. I still eat sweets but in moderation.
