My first official mini goal
Hi, I want to share with all of you my joy because I’m 174.4 today. My first mini goal was to weight 175. I have lost 24.2 pounds since February 19, and that is thanks to all of you. My next mini goal is to weight 165.

what have you been doing to achieve such great success?

:) I have been using my treadmill Monday to Friday and I have replaced white rice with brown rice. I did not eat white flours and I look at my calories. Because now I eat much more vegetables and fruits than before, I’m eating more food than before starting diet, and part of my problem was that I love empty calories. I still eat sweets but in moderation.
