Talking January goal met!!!
I am very happy to report that I have met my first mini goal! I started a strict diet and exercise plan from Shape magazine on January 6th that claimed you could loose 10 pounds in a month. I was skeptical but I stuck to it (mostly) and lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks yay me!! I am excited and motivated, my new mini goal is to loose 8 pounds in February, hopefully I will be back in March with pictures of 20+ pounds gone!! Wish me luck....
